Account

Username Role Email Changing this sends a confirmation link. The address stays unverified, and password recovery stays unavailable, until they use it. New Password Use Set new password to apply this. Save changes does not touch the password. Setting one signs the account out everywhere.

Revoke access They stay in the directory and keep their history, but cannot sign in. Reversible at any time.

To take someone out of a single organization without touching their account, use Remove on the roster in Org management.

Organizations

Password Policy

Scheduled Low-Stock Email Digests

Barcode Confirmations

When a barcode is scanned that no manufacturer data covers, the scanner can offer what other workspaces have confirmed that product to be. Only the four normalized product fields are shared — brand, caliber, bullet type and grain weight. Quantities, prices, vendors, lot numbers, storage locations and notes are never shared, and nothing identifies the workspace an answer came from.
